JCS Construction's Residential Division specializes in complete building
services for private residences from single trade services, to room additions,
to complete custom home construction.
All of our trades are performed "in-house" with the exception of a few specialty trades. This allows us to better control pricing, timing, scheduling, and quality.
We even perform trade services such as demolition, concrete, framing, drywall, painting and finish work as a sub-contractor to other area General Contractors because of our quality and competitive pricing.
The few subcontractors we use have been reliable partners with us for years and all are as reliable and efficient as our own in-house crews. Each has to carry the same insurance as we do and must follow our strict code of ethics in dealing with our clients.
We can also refer you directly to several licensed and qualified architects for your project's design services.
